At BeautyinChrist, your satisfaction matters to us. Please read our policy below before making a purchase.

Apparel & Accessories We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, email us at BICcompany@aol.com with your order number and reason for return.

Skincare & Beauty Products Due to the nature of skincare and personal care items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange apparel items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Email us at BICcompany@aol.com to request an exchange.
